JUSTIN HUCKE
Founder & President
Justin has spent his career in marketing, sales, and public policy for businesses and nonprofits of all sizes He specializes in getting to the heart of brand stories, digital marketing, and building successful multi-channel marketing strategies.
Justin founded Queen City Charities, a nonprofit with a mission to raise more than $1 million by the end of 2025 for LGBTQ+ causes in Greater Cincinnati. A Miami University graduate, Justin is also a member of the Ohio Association of Commodores and is actively involved with Lighthouse Youth & Family Services. Justin was named to the Cincinnati Business Courier's 2024 Forty Under 40 list.
In his free time, you’ll find Justin dominating the pickleball court, playing with his mini Goldendoodle, Frank, or crafting cocktails of his own… gin preferred.

JOSH BURTON
Founder & Creative Director
Josh has worked in both the public and private sector over 13 years. He’s known for his creative story-telling, ideation, and getting the job done. Josh works to understand the story, find creative ways to intertwine it, and share it with the world. He finds unique approaches and has a reputation for digging deep to find real creativity that benefits his partnerships.
Josh has been recognized for his work as a young national African-American leader ‘40 under 40’ and is involved with several nonprofits in Cincinnati. His advocacy work spans 18 years to give back to his community through Word of Life.
In the meantime, you can find Josh singing and playing trumpet at undisclosed locations around Cincinnati.

KATIE GARRISON
Client Services
Katie has built her career in communications, public relations, and social media advertising for a range of clients. She specializes in creating compelling brand stories and effective content strategies.
Katie founded Stella & Sloane, a freelance business, after spending more than four years in a digital agency. A University of Cincinnati graduate, she is passionate about helping brands succeed through creative content.
In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Mason, and their Corgis, Clover and Harvey. She loves unwinding at the beach, cocktail in hand.
